Jeanfrançois Prins | album release : Blue Note Mode (2024, Gam Records) | Flagey

After years of playing with the top American and European jazz in New York City and Berlin, Belgium's international guitarist returned to his roots in Brussels, full of experience and inspiration. But his latest album 'Blue Note Mode' (2024, Gam Records) was recorded by Jeanfrançois Prins at the legendary Van Gelder Studio in New Jersey. There, he collaborated with exceptional artists to create music deeply marked by the masterpieces of labels such as Blue Note and Verve. Jeanfrançois will tour with his New York quartet and two leading European jazz artists: trumpeter Jean-Paul Estiévenart and alto saxophonist Plume.
